Summit's Edge is proud to offer supervision services to Associate Level Counselors and graduate students working toward licensure in the state of Georgia

JAMIE HALL, M.Ed., LPC, BCC, CPCS

Jamie is a Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) for pre-licensed professional counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists who are seeking full licensure in Georgia. Her supervision style is collaborative and developmental, and incorporates person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based models.

Throughout the supervision process she regularly explores issues such as transference, biases, assessment and attunement, cultural awareness, building clinical confidence, foundational skill development, and burnout prevention. Jamie also works with fully licensed professionals struggling in these areas and provides advanced supervision and consultation regarding ethics, professional boundary setting, and navigating the world of private practice.

Jamie is a board certified life coach and her experience coaching adults in transition both personally and professionally lends itself to the supervisor/supervisee relationship as new clinicians work toward their professional goals. As a therapist, Jamie specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, law enforcement, military, and high achievers. She has experience working with children and teens and parents coaching and she enjoys working with helping professionals.

Jamie works to create a collaborative space for supervisees to learn to grow into their specialties, feel safe to explore what they don’t know, and consult about the areas they wish to stretch into. Jamie offers group and individual supervision and requires a consultation before accepting new supervisees.
