WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this dynamic, your Coach will lead and guide you based on your stated goals towards meaningful action steps that move you beyond, to align with others socially and romantically, informed by attachment theory, the laws of attraction and self-leadership.
INTAKE
Typically an intake is 60 minutes of structured time to collect information regarding resilience, limitations, available support and resource and is intended to set the tone of the Coaching relationship.
GOALS ASSESSMENT
During this step with your Coach, together you will create SMART goals, identity your limitations and strengths to accomplish those goals, identity new and useful resources, identity immediately, short and long term changes that will be needed in order to succeed.
PLAN OF ACTION
Carefully crafted steps, enlisted support and a timeline for completion will be made together. Addressing fears or resistance to action may elicit your Coach to suggest therapy. IMPLEMENTATION & REFINEMENT
This is a highly induce involved step in the process. There may be additional points of connection, meetings or phone calls during this step in order to support, inspire, or motivate towards you ultimate goals. This is the most rigorous, involved and impactful part of this process.
REASSESSMENT OF GOALS, LIMITATIONS, & FEARS (If needed)
Finally, you will come together again to get to the identified challenges and additional actions needed.
