Jamie’s VIBE

I believe that true change occurs when a person challenges their discomfort and confronts it with honesty, personal reflection, and acceptance that you are exactly where you are supposed to be. I believe that we are all entitled to the pursuit of happiness, but that pursuit takes hard work! If you choose to work with me, you can expect to be put to work, exploring the parts of you, you haven’t acknowledged in a while, and confronting your inner critics. If you’re ready to take action, I’ll be there to hold you accountable when you need it the most. My favorite things usually involve fresh air, a Home Depot run, or my Great Dane, Apollo.
